Our Process

• Intro Call: We get to understand your company background and get an overview of the role. Then we finalize on the commercials and you share the job description (a rough sketch could also suffice).
• Calibration: After receiving the job description(s), finalizing the paperwork and confirming your deposit, we then move into the calibration phase. We get on a call to review sample profiles and firm up on the ideal candidate profile, we discuss FAQS by talent, your internal hiring process, and sync on your EVP pitch.
• Outbound & Conversion: We initiate the outbound engine, and move fast to convert and filter talent.
• Intro to Talent: We connect you with the calibrated talent. </aside>

Pricing

Individual Contributor

Our success fee is 25% of the candidate’s first-year annual remuneration, with a non-refundable mobilization fee paid upfront.

This mobilization fee is 30% of the estimated success fee and will be applied toward the total success fee upon a successful hire.

Example:

If the annual remuneration is $100,000:

• Success fee would be $25,000 (25%)
• Mobilization fee would be $7,500 (30% of success fee)
• Remaining fee upon hire: $17,500

Leadership & Executive

Our success fee is 30% of the candidate’s first-year annual remuneration, with a non-refundable mobilization fee paid upfront.

This mobilization fee is 30% of the estimated success fee and will be applied toward the total success fee upon a successful hire.

Example:

If the annual remuneration is $200,000:

• Success fee would be $60,000 (30%)
• Mobilization fee would be $18,000 (30% of success fee)
• Remaining fee upon hire: $42,000

• 90-Day Guarantee: If your new hire doesn’t work out within this time period, we will find you a replacement candidate for free, at no additional cost.
• Part-Time or Alternate Hires: If a candidate referred by us is hired in a capacity other than a full-time employee (e.g., advisor, consultant, contractor), a flat fee is discussed and applied, which is not offset by the mobilization fee.
• Bulk Pricing: For hiring four or more candidates for the same role, we offer customized pricing and flexible terms to support your high-volume recruitment needs. </aside>
